Welcome to wonderful Wednesday of our "a little Sketchy" week here at the AMLT blog!
Scrapbooking from a sketch can be a great way to get going if you're having a little inspiration challenge. Ya know, those days when you just can't seem to get in the groove? Grab a sketch and get with it. It's a good way to get started.
Another thing I like to do involving sketches is get one of my favorite layouts I've created previously or maybe a layout design I've admired online or in a magazine. Now, grab a sheet of paper and draw out the sketch of that layout design. When you use that sketch again, most likely, you won't end up with the same layout twice. As you create, you'll end up with a design that looks different than your original sketch or maybe similar but in a whole new way!
Now onto today's sketch...
What I created using the sketch as my guide:
And my fellow AMLT design team gal, Elizabeth, contributed this layout that follows the sketch design as well!
If you create a layout using one of this week's sketches, share it with us by posting on our Facebook wall! We'd love to see what you create & what products you've used!
xo.
