Hello Everyone
If you placed and order during the sale I just wanted to quickly give you an update of where I am at the present moment on shipping your boxes.
I first have to thank all that shopped. We had an incredible amount of orders, (more than either of us anticipated) so I hope that is a win win for both of us. Cash flow for new CHA goodies for us, incredible bargains for you! If you have been stalking the status of your orders you will probably see that I am to July 9th's orders. This was a big, big order day as it was the last day of the sale and many of you became ready for shipment that day. I am currently walled in by a large amount of boxes from that day's early morning orders that will ship today as soon as I process them. I still have many many from that day to pull and finalize so if your order from July 9th does not ship today, it will most likely ship tomorrow or at the latest Thursday. I anticipate all orders from the sale that have indicated readiness for shipment to be shipped no later than the end of the this week. I am still pulling orders in the order they came in, so the day your last order was placed is the group/day it will ship.
I apologize for what seems like to me an incredibly long delay. I know this is far different than our regular shipment time, but the volume is also far different than our normal volume. I hope your amount of savings makes the extra wait worth it. Many of you are first time orderers so you may not realize that we are operated by a husband /wife team. A husband with a full time job away from the store. We may seem like we have a lot in our store or are a big store, but we are about as mom and pop as it gets. We don't have the staff, resources or man power that many of the larger stores do. This has it's benefits as you know who will be handling your customer service needs always, our prices and shipping can be lower as we don't have wages to pay. It also has it's downfalls in big sale times like this, as a few extra hands would be great! Luckily this delay only happens a few times a year :). Please know I have been working at least 15-16 hours each day since July 5, including the entire weekend, trying to get these caught up and shipped. Paul went back to work yesterday so I am "alone again", which makes the process a bit slower. His job, pays the bills however, especially lately as the profit from a retail scrapbook store doesn't go very far in supporting a family these days.
I greatly appreciate your patience and understanding in knowing we are doing all we can to take care of each of you as quickly as possible. If you have placed your last order but DID NOT leave a note in that order indicating you are ready for shipment or have not already emailed me, please do so so that I know you would like your orders shipped. Another note of appreciation Jill. It was a fabulous sale and anyone with any kind of common sense would realise that orders will be slightly delayed.

Jill, just another reason why you have become my favorite online SB store. You have the latest and greatest stuff AND your updates and emails are just fantastic. As someone that has done a lot of online scrapbook purchasing at a lot of different stores over the past ten years, no one comes close to your level of customer service.

Jill - as a long time customer of yours, I must say (as I've done over and over again) that your prices, selection and customer service are second to none!! I appreciate all you do for us! I'm glad the sale is a win-win! But sorry you have to put so many hours in to get caught up! If I lived close to you, I'd come by and help you.... (but you'd have to take me to CHA as a reward!! lol)
No rush on my order...when it gets here, it gets here!
